Job Description / Responsibility
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
- Build a strong relationship with the customer.
- Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
- Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
- Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
- Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
- Besides marketing he needs to have his own quotation by prepared himself.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 5 year(s)
- Age 25 to 40 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Shopping Mail or Private.
- Male allowed to apply.
- Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
- Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
- Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype)
- Good communication in both Bangla & English.

- Mobile bill, TA, DA & Others as per company policy.
