Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure delightful customer experience at branches in terms of highest quality of service
- Meet the assigned business targets (i.e. deposit acquisition, retail & corporate lending)
- Explore local business opportunities to increase branch’s Asset-Liability portfolio maintaining quality
- Caring attitude towards customers to assist them to achieve financial goals, to resolve problems
- Strict adherence of internal and external compliance guideline
- Building excellent customer relationship to contribute towards bank’s vision to be the Best Bank for all
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record
- At least 1 year(s)
- At least 1 year working experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Excellent inter-personal skills along with adequate command over both English & Bengali language
- Should have understanding of branch operations and businesses (SME, Corporate, Trade)
- Should have strong leadership qualities and attitude to work with people
- Should have basic Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation)
